To ensure the vehicles are kept in quality condition, we charge a refundable security deposit and extra fees may occur if the rental agreement is breached. Please read our Rental Agreement.
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out 11am. These times may be adjusted upon booking to suit you better however we do ask that the van is returned on time and that you allow 30 minutes for collection and 30 minutes for returning the van.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out may be added to your stay at an extra cost.
Customers wishing to cancel their reservation will:
Receive a full refund of their deposit if cancelled more than 2 weeks (14days) prior to rental start date
Forfeit 50% of the total hire charge if cancelled 7-14 days prior to rental start date
Forfeit 100% of the total hire charge if cancelled less than 7 days before rental start date
We have dog friendly vans available. Our vans are named after pets so of course we accept them!
Yes, unfortunately we have a 3-night minimum at peak times. We may be able to accommodate a 2-night stay. Please get in touch.
You will get 100 free miles per day, this means on a 6 day trip you may travel 600 miles for free. After this, we charge 15p per mile.
